BTCL shares its towers with Robi
Mobile operator Robi Axiata will use the towers of Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited or BTCL - the state-owned telephone company and the largest telecommunication company in Bangladesh. To this end, a service level agreement on tower sharing has been signed between the two organizations.
On Sunday, the company informed that the Managing Director of the company Dr. Md. Rafiqul Matin on behalf of BTCL and Robi Axiata, Acting Chief Executive Officer Riaz Rashid, on behalf of the operator, signed the agreement.
The agreement was reached on Thursday morning, February 17, 2022 at the conference center of the BTCL head office in Eskaton, Dhaka. BTCL's Deputy Managing Director and senior officials of both the companies were present at the occasion.
